*Kids Who Care will be providing babysitting services in the Multi-Purpose room for these meeting.
All Class Parents must attend at least Two (2) PTA Meetings a Year.
This requirement is to ensure good communication between all parties involved. If you were a class parent last year and did NOT attend at least 2 meetings, you are ineligible to be considered for Class Captain this year. Going forward, any class parent who does not attend the required number of meetings may not be entered into the lottery the following year.
In the event that the regularly scheduled general PTA meetings conflict with work schedules or childcare arrangements, parents may fulfill their “two meeting” requirement in one of two other ways:
- Chair a committee
- ACTIVE participation* in at least 2 committees (*as determined by Chair)
